It appears to be a compiled list of notes regarding some of the events that have been going on over the last few weeks, with detailed notes about the investigation. On top of all the notes pinned together, there is a cover sheet with bullet points.

• Refugees were being sold as slaves to Garlemald, shipped from Thanalan to
• Limsa, stopping at the Castrum north of Cos Del Sol.
• We intercepted the ship and took it over, capturing the Captain Rashtan.
• Quyntin was found among the refugees
• We have a boat
• Have yet to interrogate Rashtan
• Sent Kersch and Sephirah to interogate Papa Dondon Jonbon in vesper Bay
