The previous scraps of paper have been removed, and in their place a corner of the message board has been taken over by the following, less rushed-looking pages, beginning with this brief note:

OOC notes: At least a few copies of the first poster (with the words) will be put up ICly in a few different nicer neighborhoods around Ul'dah, plus one in the Goblet. They may eventually find their way to other cities and housing areas as well, we'll see. But if anyone is looking for an IC justification for *any* character to hear about the house, the company, or decide to drop by and say hi just because, there you go! Also, if anyone wants to use this as an excuse for total one-shot characters to show up and, well, whatever (in-game, on forums, etc.), that works too!
